About the programme

Driving the digital agenda is fundamental to Unipart’s success. Our Digital Systems Graduate Programme offers world-class training
and the chance to help our customers realise the benefits from the latest technologies. Working with talented and experienced
engineers, you’ll get the chance to work on a wide range of exciting projects and broaden your experience in the
field of digital systems engineering.

About you

At Unipart, we are incredibly proud of our people and our values. We aspire to be the best at everything we do and
are looking for creative and resilient engineering graduates with a passion for technology. Resourceful and
hardworking, you’ll also be good at managing your time and will be able to motivate yourself to get the job done. You’ll
have strong communication and relationship-building skills, and will be happy engaging with people at all levels.

You will have the opportunity to rotate through four placements to develop new technologies and smart solutions in a
range of sectors including aerospace, automotive, construction and rail. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies
to improve productivity, quality, and safety for our customers. This may include condition-based monitoring
solutions at Instrumentel, next-generation signalling with Park Signalling and Comms Design, smart manufacturing
technologies at MetLase, or developing the latest software with Unipart Digital. After two years, you’ll take up a full-
time role specialising in a specific area.

Training and development

It is important that we stay at the forefront of technology. Our Digital Systems Engineering Graduate Programme is
designed to broaden and develop your technical skills through experiential placements. To support your personal
skills development, you will also undertake a range of training in topics including The Unipart Way, interpersonal skills,

to apply for appropriate professional qualifications.
